About the Half Day Course

Choosing to be grateful is choosing to be happy! We are often so focused on what we don’t have, we forget to appreciate and feel grateful for what we already have. We tend to forget or disregard the enormous amount of benefit we receive from others.

By living with an awareness of the kindness of others, we can maintain a warm heart and a feeling of being close to everyone. This special way of looking at the world brings joy and creates the foundation for stable, loving relationships. Discover for yourself the uplifting experience and joy that comes from choosing gratitude.

Suitable for beginners. Everybody is welcome.
