About the Day Retreat

On this day retreat, enjoy a profound, purification practice which enables you to let go of mistakes you have made the past and move forward free from carrying a heavy burden of negativity within your mind. We will focus on four special methods to remove negative karma known as the ‘four opponent powers’. Feel your unhappiness and obstacles fall away as you recite the mantra of Buddha Vajrasattva, the Buddha of Purification.

Who is Buddha Vajrasattva?

Buddha Vajrasattva is a manifestation of the purified consciousness of all the Buddhas, appearing in a special form in order to help us purify our negativity.  The practice of meditation and mantra recitation of Vajrasattva is a very powerful method for purifying our body, speech, and mind. The retreat will be followed by a weeks unguided purification retreat at the Centre, click here for details.

This course is suitable for all levels of experience.
