There is plenty of parking on the street but please do not park on the neighbours driveways.
Each class includes two guided meditations, a teaching and advice on how to integrate the instructions into our daily life.
Each class is self-contained, join anytime. Booking is not required.
Class fee: $14 ($12 unwaged). Members free. We accept payments via EFTPOS (debit cards), credit cards, and cash.

Making Happiness a Habit – begins week of 6 July (4 weeks)
Learn essential spiritual advice from the ancient Kadampa text Advice from Atisha’s Heart. Although it was composed many centuries ago, this much-loved Buddhist scripture is full of practical advice to help us deal with the challenges of modern life, and to make happiness a habit.
Living from Love – begins week 10 August (5 weeks)
Living from love means approaching life with an open heart, choosing kindness, compassion, gratitude and empathy.
Buddhist Stories: Inspiration for Daily Life – begins week 14 September (4 weeks)
Buddhist stories from centuries past offer profound inspiration for daily life. Gain insights into triumphing over adversity, seizing the day, and living a meaningful and fulfilling life.
What to expect at a class
These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from them.
Each class consists of two guided meditations and an explanatory talk. The classes run for 90 minutes.
Anyone can practice meditation and everyone is welcome to attend. There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion.
These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
