There is plenty of parking on the street but please do not park on the neighbours driveways.
Each class includes two guided meditations, a teaching and advice on how to integrate the instructions into our daily life.
Each class is self-contained, join anytime. Booking is not required.
Class fee: $14 ($12 unwaged). Members free. We accept payments via EFTPOS (debit cards), credit cards, and cash.

Meditations for Slowing Down – begins week 1 December (3 weeks)
Stress and fatigue are on the rise like never before, with more and more of us feeling overwhelmed and exhausted in the face of life’s challenges. Learn techniques to alleviate stress – from quick mental reboots to deeper meditations that set us on a path to stress-free living. You will also learn simple, enjoyable daily meditations that you can continue over the holiday period.
What to expect at a class
These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from them.
Each class consists of two guided meditations and an explanatory talk. The classes run for 90 minutes.
Anyone can practice meditation and everyone is welcome to attend. There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion.
These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
