About the class
In this evening class, Kelsang Luma will give teachings on a powerful practice for purifying our mind of negativities – the purification practice of the Thirty-five Confession Buddhas. The teachings will be based on the book, The Bodhisattva Vow, and will include how to visualize the Thirty-five Confession Buddhas, what each Buddha helps us to purify, and the way to apply the four opponent powers within the practice. The teaching will be followed by engaging in the actual prostration practice together using the MP4 Video. Prostrations are a powerful method for purifying negative karma, disease and obstacles and for increasing our merit, happiness and our Dharma realizations. They are also an excellent form of exercise which improve our physical health. Everyone is welcome, especially those who are new to the practice and you can engage in whatever level you feel comfortable.
