About the Day Course

We hear so much about ‘finding ourselves’ – but what is it we’re looking for? And how do we go about looking for it?

In this course we will use wisdom and the inner exploration of meditation, to discover insights into the real nature of your self. Through exploring the nature of the self in this way, you’ll discover that the self you normally see and relate to – a limited self, with limited potential – actually does not exist, and that you’ve been misidentifying yourself for a very long time.

The ‘I’ or ‘self’ that does exist is one of unlimited potential and possibility. Whether you’re at a crossroads or simply yearning to grow, this wisdom will enable you to move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

Cost

$55 – includes morning and afternoon tea. Free for Centre Members. Please bring your own vegetarian lunch to enjoy at the Centre or there are cafes nearby.
