About the Day Retreat
From concentration comes peace.
Our ability to remain mindful and focused on peaceful, positive states of mind is essential to a happy life and to the development of higher spiritual realizations. The meditation on the nature of the mind is seen as the best object for improving our concentration.
Join us on this day retreat to experience profound meditations that bring mental clarity and inner peace by focusing on the mind itself.
