Each class includes two guided meditations, a teaching and advice on how to integrate the instructions into our daily life.
Each class is self-contained, join anytime. Booking is not required.
Class fee: $12 ($10 unwaged). Members free. We accept payments via bank transfer and cash.

Class Topics
Learn to Meditate – begins 12 August (4 weeks)
Learn essential inner skills for calming the mind, creating inner space and becoming an effective meditator. You will also learn how to set up a simple, enjoyable daily meditation practice and start to experience greater happiness and contentment as a result.
Letting Go, Moving Forward – begins 16 September (4 weeks)
In this meditation course we will explore Buddha’s timeless wisdom to let go of the emotional burden of the past, and move forward to the genuinely peaceful, happy, and fulfilling future we want.
Find your Happy Place – begins 21 October (3 weeks)
Learn methods to discover the happy place within yourself. Then you can be confident to call on this mental sanctuary anytime and anywhere.
Living Lightly – begins week 18 November (4 weeks)
Living lightly offers simple meditations and clear insights you can apply immediately in daily life.
What to expect at a class
These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from them.
Each class consists of two guided meditations and an explanatory talk. The class run for 60 minutes.
Anyone can practice meditation and everyone is welcome to attend. There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion.
These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
