About the Half Day Course
Dwelling on the harm others have done to us in the past, blaming others and holding onto resentment is like holding onto a hot coal. In this course we will explore practical methods to forgive both ourselves and others, let go of what is already past and develop harmonious relationships
Suitable for beginners. Everybody is welcome.
Cost
$35 – includes morning tea. Free for Centre Members.

Booking & Cancellations
Booking is essential, so please book online now, or contact the Centre to book your place.

Cancellations: if you cancel your booking more than 24 hours prior to the start of the course or event, we offer a refund (the 25% deposit is non-refundable). If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event begins we regret that we cannot issue refunds. However you can transfer your booking to a future course.
What to expect at a class
These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from them.
There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion.
These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
