About the Half Day Course
In our heart we all want to be a positive, happy person. But negative thinking can be a strong habit that prevents us from living a happy and meaningful life.
If we understand the power of our mind to create our experiences we can learn to transform our mental states from negative to positive through meditation. We can then gradually become able to maintain positive and joyful attitudes throughout our daily life.
Discover through the practical timeless wisdom of Buddhist meditation how to apply positive thinking to your own life right now.
Suitable for beginners. Everybody is welcome.
