About the Half Day Course

Caring for ourself is not selfish as it’s the basis for helping others.
On this course learn how to look after yourself and care for others whilst protecting yourself from exhaustion and burnout.

On this course we will explore Buddha’s timeless wisdom on the following:

How can we take good care of ourself without becoming selfish or neglecting others?

How can we protect ourself from suffering and unhappiness, including exhaustion and burnout?

How can we develop and maintain a sense of wellbeing and happiness in life?

This course is suitable for all levels of experience.

Cost

$35 – includes morning tea. Free for Centre Members.

Booking & Cancellations

Booking is essential, so please book online now, or contact the Centre to book your place.

Cancellations: if you cancel your booking more than 24 hours prior to the start of the course or event, we offer a refund (the 25% deposit is non-refundable). If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event begins we regret that we cannot issue refunds. However you can transfer your booking to a future course. 

What to expect at a class

These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from them.
There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion.
