About the Centre Open Day
Join us anytime from 3 to 5pm to enjoy a visit that includes a guided breathing meditation, video presentation, refreshments and informal questions & answers.
Enjoy free 15 minute guided meditations at 3pm & 4pm
Meditation shrine tours at 3.30pm & 4.30pm.
You can browse our bookshop, enjoy a cuppa and delicious baking.
This is a very beautiful place to visit, where kind people gather to create an oasis of peace in our busy city.
