About the Workshop
Within modern busy life, it helps to have a quiet place for contemplation and to serve as a focus for our faith and practice of meditation. This workshop is an opportunity to learn the practices of setting up a qualified shrine, making water offerings, sitting in the correct meditation posture, making prostrations, offering mandalas and engaging in prayer. Through receiving these instructions we will develop the confidence needed to practice daily meditation.
