About the Half Day Course

Just as we have to detox our body to remove physical toxins, so we need to use methods to flush out our inner mental poisons. One of the most powerful methods for purifying our mind of negativity is the practice of the 35 Confession Buddhas. Learn this ancient purification practice which includes prayers, meditation and physical prostrations. In this practice, we visualize the 35 Confession Buddhas and make one prostration to each of them as we recite their name. You can choose whether to do full prostrations, half-length prostrations, or just hold your hands in the gesture of prostrations while seated. Through the power of their blessings and prayers, we can swiftly purify even the heaviest negativity.
This course is suitable for all levels of experience.

Online $25 – available to view online live or for 7 days afterwards. You will receive a link to the videos via email.
