About the Half Day Course
Depression is very common and can affect almost everyone, at any time. Depression causes us to feel deeply unhappy about our life, isolated and alone. We can also suffer from excessive self-criticism and discouragement, which blocks our capacity for authentic personal and spiritual growth.
In this course Buddhist Nun, Kelsang Luma, will show us how to apply the profound methods of Buddhist psychology and meditation that enable us to cultivate mental habits that are uplifting, encouraging and empowering, and become the confident, joyful and positive person we wish to be.
