The Art of Positive Thinking begins week 24 January to 21 February 5 weeks
We can completely change our experience of life by using meditation to guide it in a positive direction.
Negative thinking can become a strong habit of mind which is difficult to overcome. Learn methods to replace even our most stubborn habits with profoundly beneficial ways of thinking that lead only to peace and happiness
Overcoming Stress and Anxiety – begins week 28 Feb to 28 Mar 5 weeks
Many people suffer from anxiety and stress at some time or other. Sometimes it is due to stressful work, sometimes due to problems at home, and sometimes due to difficult relationships.
On this course, learn how anxiety and stress, as well as other conditions such as fear, worry and depression are all states of mind and how we can reduce and eventually overcome these conditions by working on our mind with a combination of meditation and positive thinking.
Breaking Bad Habits – begins week 4 April to 25 April 4 weeks
We all have habits that seem hard to break. Unfortunately, many of these habits also make us unhappy or even harm our health. Even though we try very hard, sometimes we feel helpless to change.
Through practicing Buddha’s teachings, we can gain confidence in our potential to change. We can replace our bad habits with beneficial ways of thinking that align with our deep wish to be happy. Then we will experience the joy of freedom.
