About the Day Course
On this day course Kelsang Luma will give a review of the teachings given at the 2019 Summer Festival. These teachings are open to anyone who wishes to learn how to use the scientific methods of modern Buddhism to solve their daily life problems, enjoy lasting inner peace, and eventually attain the supreme happiness of full enlightenment.
Suitable for beginners. Everyone welcome

What to expect at a class
These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from them.
There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion.
These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
