About the Day Course

Worry and stress are an increasingly common problem for people in the modern world. These states of mind prevent us from experiencing peace and enjoying a full life.

Problems, worry, anxiety and unhappiness are no more than negative thinking; they are feelings and do not exist outside the mind. On this meditation day course we will learn the causes of these crippling states of mind and how to overcome them through positive ways of thinking.

About the Teacher

Pawo has engaged in many retreats and studied extensively in Buddhist philosophy and training the mind practices. He brings a clear and practical presentation of Buddhist teachings that are both entertaining and inspirational.

What to expect at a class

These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from them.

There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion.

These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
