About the Day Course
In our busy lives we find it very difficult to relax and enjoy the moment. Even while we are doing things we like, our mind is never in the present – we are constantly making plans for the future, worrying about what might happen next, and never really feeling content.
On this day course we will learn meditations to help us let go of this limiting mental habit. Through this we will develop a peaceful mind, be able to make the most of every moment of our life, and begin to uncover its true meaning. This course is suitable for everyone.
Cost: $60 – includes morning and afternoon tea. Please bring your own lunch or there are cafes nearby.
Booking is essential, so please book online now, or contact the Centre to book your place.
