About the Day Course
On this day course Kelsang Luma will give a review of the teachings given at the 2017 Summer Festival. These teachings from the book How to Transform Your Life give us meaningful advice on how to transform our life from a state of misery to one of peace and happiness! What to expect at a class
These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from them.
There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion.
These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
